Conclusion

Badminton holds an important place in Taiwan, with a rich history of success and many athletes achieving excellent results in international competitions. The sport is highly accessible, suitable for people of all ages, whether adults or children. It requires simple equipment and promotes physical health, which is why it is very popular.

In recent years, badminton has become increasingly popular and recognized in Taiwan, emerging as one of the important sports. Both children and adults are actively involved, with many elementary and middle school students playing badminton, whether for school teams or as a hobby. In addition to students, many adults also consider badminton a favorite hobby and form of exercise. As badminton continues to gain popularity, numerous new training courts have been built to meet the growing demand.

We also set up a poster display in our school about our badminton theme, including motivation, introduction, survey data, and more, so that more people and students can come together to pay attention to and gain a deeper understanding of this topic.

In order to gain a deeper understanding of the popularity of badminton and related information, we interviewed badminton enthusiasts from various age groups, ranging from elementary school students to adults, and also visited national badminton players. We also conducted surveys and interviews at different badminton courts. After organizing the results, content, and insights from the surveys and interviews, we created a poster and placed it around our school for promotion, hoping to raise awareness of badminton among more students and teachers, as well as attract more attention to the sport.

In this report, we chose badminton as our research project. In the process of looking at the historical context and the monuments of badminton, we gathered these all on the internet. Also, we interviewed a teacher in our school who had been a badminton career before and has won some medals. In this research, as previously stated, we learned more about its history and the spread of badminton, also, we get to understand more of how the badminton system works properly.

Thanks to Ms. Yi-Ting-Chen, she contributed a lot to our research in the expertise of badminton, she took some of her time to let us interview about her personal experience towards badminton, including how she managed her way up through challenges and her darkest hour, her personal opinion towards the badminton sport. These answers took a large portion of our research because it not only refreshes how we see badminton as a sport, it also shows how this teacher experienced it, this, on the other hand, we feel greatly resonated of how tough it is for a career sport person.

Lastly, we show our thanks to all the students in our group and the directing teachers that provides guidance towards the completion of our project, everyone left no stone unturned to accomplish everything, including the information we need, the editing of the webpage of cyberfair, and also has more better understanding of what is the concept of badminton is. We hope that we could let the world know how fascinating Taiwan badminton is with our project.

Thank’s to the coach for letting us to conduct the interview and share such informative insights to us. Coach’s knowledge, experience, and dedication help me better understand how training, discipline, and game strategies are used to develop skilled athletes. During the interview, the coach share stories from herself she also shared her wisdom, and advice about coaching life and the reword moments of being a coach toward other players provided invaluable knowledge and wisdom to the aspiring players and coaches. We appreciate the coach for generosity shared time and wisdom the information . Lastly, we appreciate the coach for letting us interview and hope for the best in badminton players.
